Derek at Cargill Enterprises asked me and the team to tidy up the top façade above the shops as it was getting ugly. It required a good washdown, some rust treatment of the flashings and to eliminate the rust staining on the mortar, and of course primed and 2 coats of top coat acrylic.

We took care also to carefully mask round the aluminum and glass and also the ceramic tiles that were in the roughcast wall.
